Abstract

Ð’ учебном пособии описывается методика экспериментального определения ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ на примере ротора простейшей конфигурации. Экспериментальные исследования проводились с помощью современной цифровой измерительной системы, использование которой позволяет наглядно продемонстрировать вибрацию и критические скорости вращения ротора. Ð’ учебном пособии приведено сопоставление ÑÐºÑÐ¿ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ результатами соответствующего численного расчета ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ ротора. Описан порядок проведения лабораторной работы на экспериментальном стенде и описан порядок выполнения расчета ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ ротора в программе ANSYS WB.
