Abstract

Рассмотрены современные критерии и показатели безопасности кораблей и судов, применяемые для оценки качества Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ в кораблестроении, а также для разработки Ð°Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð² на ÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð»ÑÑ (ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ ) и в Ð¼Ð¾Ñ€ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð°Ñ . Безопасность рассматривается как свойство корабля или судна, определяющее степень защищенности экипажа, населения и окружающей среды с учетом Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð°Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð¹ и влияющее на эффективность использования корабля (судна). Выполнен анализ использования риска как критерия безопасности в нормативной базе РФ. Обоснована Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒ системного Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð° к оценке безопасности кораблей и судов, разработки Ð¸Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÐ³Ñ€Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÐµÐ² безопасности, ÑƒÑ‡Ð¸Ñ‚Ñ‹Ð²Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð²ÑÑŽ совокупность факторов риска, Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ объектам.
