Синтез и реализация усилителей мощности класса G с высоким КПД для OFDM-сигналов

Abstract

Работа посвящена синтезу и реализации усилителя мощности (УМ) класса G при усилении современных OFDM-сигналов. Приведенная методика позволяет рассчитать основные параметры усилителя огибающей в УМ для достижения максимального КПД при средней мощности сигнала. В диссертации приводится структурный синтез схемы предыскажений для данного класса УМ. Согласно разработанной методики синтезирован прототип УМ класса G с тремя уровнями коммутации напряжения питания. Результаты эксперимента подтвердили основные теоретические выводы работы.
