Инструментарий моделирования свойств инновационного потенциала региона во взаимосвязи с развитием региональной инновационной системы

Abstract

Актуальность данного исследования обусловлена необходимостью создания и внедрения инструментов, которые позволят рационализировать экономические решения, нацеленные на достижение устойчивых экономических результатов в регионе в рамках региональной инновационной стратегии и политики, на основе использования результатов моделирования свойств инновационного потенциала с учётом его взаимосвязей с результативностью региональных инновационных систем и экономической средой.
