Abstract

Выявлены механизмы термической релаксации в многокомпонентных силикатных стеклах. Показано, что эффективность генерации второй оптической гармоники в многокомпонентном силикатном стекле связана с ориентацией молекул воды или гидрония, внедренных в стекло при полинге. Обнаружен эффект усиления сигнала второй оптической гармоники с помощью вторичного низкотемпературного полинга стекла, предварительно подвергнутого высокотемпературному полингу. Продемонстрирована возможность формирования поверхностных стеклокерамических слоев с размерами кристаллитов порядка нескольких нанометров в силикатных и фосфатных стеклах при полинге ниже температуры стеклования.
