Abstract

Диссертация посвящена анализу системы нормирования точности зубчатых механизмов и методов их применения, также разработке методов для повышения точности зубчатых передач. Предложена методика уменьшения кинематической погрешности передачи при сборке. Проанализированы приближенные зацепления с учетом влияния упругих деформаций. Сопоставлены различные подходы к расчету бокового зазора, оценено влияние дополнительного смещения исходного контура на качество передач. Результаты подобных исследований могут быть использованы в практике при дальнейшем изучении проблем усовершенствования системы нормативных документов, при подготовке специалистов по теории машин и механизмов. Материалы диссертации могут быть полезны инженерам и конструкторам, которые в своих работах затрагивают проблемы точности зубчатых механизмов.
