Abstract

Диссертационная работа посвящены вопросам управления пожароопасными событиями на территориях со сложной пожароопасной обстановкой. Разработаны теоретические и методологические основы управления. Предложен инструментарий инновационно-технических и научно-практических решений для управления пожароопасными событиями на территориях со сложной пожароопасной обстановкой, и их интеграции в современную информационную и коммуникационную среду, направленных на повышение пожарной безопасности и снижение социально-экономических последствий.
