Abstract

Определены механизмы возбуждения акустических колебаний и волн и их воздействия на электромагнитное излучение в канальном оптическом волноводе на подложке ниобата лития.Представлены методы снижения уровня паразитных акустических воздействий, создающих помехи в оптическом сигнале.Предложены мерыдля повышения эффективности и стабильности акустооптической модуляции.
