Abstract

Получены новые данные о структуре, морфологии поверхности, спектральной зависимости фотолюминесценции и электронной структуре основных типов нанокомпозитных тонких пленок, используемых в органических фотовольтаических структурах, а также влиянии на них гамма-облучения. Изучена стабильность пленок фуллерена С60 и нанокомпозита C60/CdTe под действием гамма- и рентгеновского излучения, изменения спектральных зависимостей фотолюминесценции, получены данные о влиянии гамма-облучения на фотолюминесцентные свойства порфириновых тонких пленок и нанокомпозитных пленок на их основе, на стабильность и характеристики фотолюминесценции нанокомпозитных материалов на основе сопряженного полимера MEH-PPV с различными типами акцепторных включений.
