Abstract

Методом неупругого рассеяния нейтронов измерены спектры колебаний кристаллических решеток и магнитных флуктуаций нескольких семейств высокотемпературных сверхпроводников на основе меди и железа. Установлено, что в купратных материалах преобладает ионный тип межатомной связи с экранировкой свободными электронами. Показано, что резонансное магнитное возбуждение, возникающее в сверхпроводящем состоянии, носит универсальный характер для различных семейств сверхпроводников и может быть описано в рамках модели подвижных электронов при возникновении сверхпроводящей щели со специальной (необычной) симметрией.
