Abstract

Работа посвящена исследованию механизма протекания химической реакции в процессе осаждения металлических структур на поверхность диэлектрической подложки «Ситалл СТ-50». В работе: впервые использованы лиганды, совмещающие координирующие и восстановительные свойства в процессе формирования токопроводящих осадков в методе ЛОМР. Изучено влияние строения комплекса меди в растворе на процесс лазерного осаждения меди из раствора. Показано, что способ координации атома меди с органическими лигандами в растворе напрямую связан с возможностью формирования токопроводящих осадков.
