Abstract

Развитие Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼, в частности ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼, а также усложнение Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð² и алгоритмов контроля усиливает влияние Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² функционирования, которыми раньше можно было пренебречь. Одним из Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² являются геомагнитные бури. Ð’ работе представлена методика оценки устойчивости ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ к геомагнитным токам, учитывающая влияние ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² различной природы. На основание методики выявлены географические районы в ЕЭС России, в ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð»Ð¸ÑÐ½Ð¸Ðµ Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼Ð°Ð³Ð½Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð±ÑƒÑ€ÑŒ значительно. Также в работе рассмотрена модель системной аварии, вызванной геомагнитными бурями.
