The training manual corresponds to the content of the sections of the discipline “Higher Mathematics†for training Bachelor’s degree students in the majors 15.03.01 “Mechanical Engineeringâ€, 15.03.02 “Technological Machines and Equipmentâ€, 15.03.04 “Automation of Technological Processes and Productionâ€, and 27.03.04 “Control in Engineering Systemsâ€. The manual considers number sets, certain issues of general algebra, some aspects of computer architecture, as well as matrices and work with them. In addition to theoretical material, the manual contains examples and exercises with solutions. Basic skills of solving examples in MATLAB are covered. It is intended for 1st year Bachelor’s degree students studying the discipline “Linear Algebra†separately or as part of the discipline “Higher Mathematicsâ€.
