Abstract

The laboratory tutorial corresponds to the content of the discipline «Circuit design» of the federal state educational standard of higher education in the major 11.03.04 «Electronics and Nanoelectronics». It contains laboratory works and theoretical material on the basics of digital device development for the course «Circuit design». It helps to obtain skills in the development of digital circuits, as well as understanding the principles of operation of basic logic elements, encoders and decoders, multiplexers and demultiplexers, code converters, triggers, registers and counters. It is intended for students of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications, SPbPU, studying the course «Circuit design» in the major 11.03.04 «Electronics and Nanoelectronics».
