Abstract

Учебник содержит систематическое изложение материалов учебной дисциплины «Литейное производство» государственного образовательного стандарта по направлениям 22.03.02 «Металлургия» (бакалавриат) и 22.06.01 Â«Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ металлов» (аспирантура). Приведены сведения из истории развития литейного производства, дана общая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса получения отливок в Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑ‡Ð°Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ ; описаны подготовка Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² и приготовление смесей, методы изготовления Ð¿ÐµÑÑ‡Ð°Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ и стержней, специальные способы литья; изложены основы теории и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ процессов приготовления Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¿Ð»Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð², закономерности формирования отливки, Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ÑÑ‚Ð² сплавов и Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ²ÑÐ·ÑŒ с процессами формирования дефектов в Ð¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¸Ð²ÐºÐ°Ñ ; дано описание ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿ÑŒÑŽÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ (Ñ†Ð¸Ñ„Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ) Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹ при производстве отливок; рассмотрены составы, структура и свойства Ñ‡ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ñ†Ð²ÐµÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¿Ð»Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²; описаны процессы производства Ñ ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¸Ð²Ð¾Ðº.
