Abstract

Учебное пособие соответствует содержанию разделов дисциплины «Информационное и программное обеспечение кадровой службы» подготовки специалистов по направлению 38.03.03 «Управление персоналом». В пособии рассмотрены особенности формирования информации в кадровых службах с использованием электронного документооборота, а также систем управления человеческими ресурсами отечественных производителей. Приведены примеры и возможный функционал интернет-сервисов и программ, выполняющих отдельные функции кадровой службы: управление временем, оценка персонала, аттестация персонала и т. д. Отдельно приводятся примеры практических заданий для работы в автоматизированных программах по специальности 38.03.03 «Управление персоналом».
