The textbook discusses the scientific developments of colloid chemistry, which underlie the methods of environmental protection, which include methods for controlling harmful impurities in various geospheres of the Earth, methods for their dispersion in the atmosphere and hydrosphere, and most methods of atmospheric discharge purification and wastewater treatment. The textbook in English is intended for studying the disciplines “Engineering environmental protection in construction†and “Methods of water and wastewater treatment†within the framework of the International Educational Program for master’s students “Environmental Engineering in Urban Constructionâ€.
