Abstract

Пособие соответствует содержанию основных профессиональных образовательных программ высших учебных заведений по укрупненным группам направлений подготовки бакалавров 16.00.00 «Физико-технические науки и технологии». Пособие имеет учебно-методическое назначение при изучении дисциплины «Квантовая механика и статистическая физика». Главное внимание в пособии уделено физическим основам квантовой механики и используемому в ней математическому аппарату. Пособие предназначено для студентов, аспирантов, инженеров и научных работников, специализирующихся в области наноэлектроники.
