Abstract

Учебное пособие соответствует дисциплине «Государственная промышленная политика» в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ подготовки магистров 38.04.04 «Государственное и муниципальное управление» (все профили). Ð’ данном пособии рассматриваются закономерности, направления, особенности и процессы государственного управления промышленной политики в Российской Федерации. Освещаются основные принципы формирования и размещения промышленности, основные модели промышленной политики, вопросы государственного управления структурными преобразованиями в промышленности России. Особое внимание уделено изучению полномочий органов государственной власти и местного самоуправления в сфере реализации промышленной политики.Цель учебного пособия – сформировать у студентов устойчивое представление о формировании и реализации промышленной политики в России, о её Ð¾ÑÐ¾Ð±ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑÑ Ñ учетом ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ð´ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ управления.
