Abstract

Учебное пособие освещает основные принципы инновационного предпринимательства и их применение в отечественной бизнес-среде. Рассматриваются сущность и методы инновационной предпринимательской деятельности, предпринимательской инновационной среды, типы предпринимательских структур и способы управления ими, порядок регистрации предприятий. Даются представления об инноваторах, инновационных бизнес-идеях, предпринимательском риске, бизнес-планировании. Раскрываются методы организации и ведения инновационной деятельности на предприятии, а также освещаются вопросы ее государственного регулирования. Учебно-методическое пособие предназначено для проведения курса по организации инновационной деятельности предприятия по направлению 38.03.02 «Менеджмент».
