Abstract

Пособие соответствует содержанию рабочей программы по дисциплине «Основы государственного и муниципального управления» для студентов, обучающихся по направлению «Государственное и муниципальное управление», научная специальность – 5.5.3 «Государственное управление и отраслевые политики». Рассмотрены теоретические и правовые основы организации системы публичного управления в современном мире. Особое внимание обращено на современные достижения теории и практики публичного управления. Исследованы правовые и организационные основы системы государственного и муниципального управления в Российской Федерации. Предназначено для студентов, аспирантов, преподавателей вузов и всех заинтересованных лиц.
