Abstract

В настоящем пособии раскрыты ключевые вопросы теории и методики спорта высших достижений, уточнены требования к уровню физической подготовленности спортсменов различной квалификации. На конкретных примерах показаны формы и методы самостоятельной тренировки судей по мини-футболу, выявлена значимость условий, необходимых для организации самостоятельной физической тренировки спортсменов различной квалификации, обоснованы методы и методика самостоятельной физической тренировки спортсменов с учетом возрастных особенностей и уровня физической подготовленности. Пособие представляет интерес для студентов, магистров и аспирантов, обучающихся по направлениям подготовки «Физическая культура», «Физическая культура и спорт», а также для тренеров и преподавателей вузов физической культуры, которые ищут пути совершенствования подготовки спортсменов.
