Методологии проектного управления

Abstract

Ð’ учебном пособии рассматриваются методологии проектного управления. Описаны основы управления проектами. ÐžÑ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ‹ такие методологии, как PMI, Prince2 и др. Особое внимание уделено гибким методологиям управления проектами. Описаны проекты в системе управления предприятием, информационно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ проекты. Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов, Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ по направлениям подготовки 38.03.05, 38.04.05 «Бизнес-информатика».
