Abstract

Учебное пособие посвящено педагогическому и экспериментальному обоснованию профилактики травматизма и пошаговой методике обучения безопасным падениям. Ð’ работе рассматриваются именно только падения с высоты собственного роста. Анализируются медицинские и экономические последствия Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. Изложенный материал наглядно иллюстрирует, что травму выгоднее предотвратить или уменьшить. ÐÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ объективно понять, что обучение ÑÐ°Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐµ экономически выгоднее, чем лечение травмы из-за неудачного падения. Учебное пособие предназначено для преподавателей, аспирантов, тренеров, студентов Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ высшего образования по специальности «Физическая культура» с целью использовать данные материалы для учебно-методической и практической деятельности.
