Abstract

Ð’ учебном пособии рассматриваются наиболее важные проблемы современной политической науки. Представлены методы, парадигмы и школы политической науки, даны Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ñ‹ формирования и функционирования политической власти, циркуляции Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ»Ð¸Ñ‚, раскрыта природа и роль политического лидерства. Рассмотрены основы политического функционирования общества, формы правления и государственного устройства, избирательные и партийные системы, процессы медиатизации политики и практики политической коммуникации, особенности политического развития и политической модернизации, генезис геополитики, другие вопросы политической теории и практики. При подготовке учебного пособия использован предыдущий обширный научный и методологический опыт профессорско-преподавательского коллектива авторов СПбПУ. Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов, аспирантов, преподавателей вузов и Ñ‚ÐµÑ , кто интересуется политической историей, теорией и практикой политического научного знания.
