Электроника и наноэлектроника: избранные вопросы

Abstract

Учебное пособие посвящено подробному описанию основных теоретических вопросов, касающихся процессов, протекающих в наноструктурах различной размерности. Отдельное внимание уделено гетеропереходам и электронному переносу в наноструктурах. Приведено описание применения модельных представлений процессов переноса в наноструктурах к созданию электронных сенсоров на основе тонких нанопленок. Данное пособие является междисциплинарным и предназначено для студентов высших учебных заведений, специализирующихся по направлениям 11.03.04 «Электроника и наноэлектроника», 22.04.01 «Материаловедение и технологии материалов», 16.03.01 «Техническая физика», для студентов магистратуры и аспирантов, слушающих курсы в области физики низкоразмерных твердотельных структур, вакуумной техники и наноэлектроники и ведущих исследования в соответствующей области.
