Abstract

Пособие соответствует содержанию разделов федеральной программы «Педагогическая антропология» подготовки магистров по специальности «Лингвистика», профиль «Теория обучения иностранным языкам, и межкультурная коммуникация». Основное внимание уделено актуальным проблемам профессиональной деятельности преподавателя, в частности, главным предпосылкам, факторам и способам преодоления последствий профессионального выгорания. В пособии предлагаются различные способы и техники развития устойчивости к выгоранию, что, в свою очередь, является компонентой адаптивности специалистов в образовательной сфере. Предназначено для студентов дневной, очно-заочной, заочной форм обучения, изучающих курсы «Педагогика и психология», «Педагогическая антропология» и другие дисциплины психолого-педагогической направленности в рамках подготовки магистров и бакалавров.
