Abstract

Учебное пособие соответствует образовательному стандарту высшего образования Федерального государственного автономного образовательного учреждения высшего образования "Санкт-Петербургский политехнический университет Петра Великого" по направлению подготовки бакалавров 38.04.04 "Государственное и муниципальное управление", по дисциплине "Региональное управление и территориальное планирование". Рассматриваются основные вопросы регионального управления и территориального планирования, категории, подходы и принципы, обусловливающие функционирование и развитие региональной экономики. Реализован комплексный подход к формированию стратегических направлений социально-экономического развития регионов путем диверсификации направлений и их развития и обеспечения финансовой устойчивости. Предназначено для студентов, аспирантов, преподавателей экономических факультетов вузов, работников государственных и муниципальных органов управления.
