Abstract

Монография посвящена исследованию проблем повышения эффективности операций шлифования, в том числе высокоскоростного шлифования на основе рассмотрения комплексной динамики и кинематики процесса обработки. Авторами исследуются процессы микрорезания единичными абразивными зернами Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¹ и сплавов, особенности стружкообразования и геометрии срезаемого слоя материала, износа и стойкости Ð°Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð² и ÑˆÐ»Ð¸Ñ„Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÑ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¾Ð². Ð’ работе приводятся Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ и рекомендации по эффективному применению Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ резания при шлифовании сталей и сплавов.
