Abstract

Учебное пособие знакомит читателей с основами функционирования Ñ„Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ñ‹Ð½ÐºÐ¾Ð² и принятия Ð¸Ð½Ð²ÐµÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹.
