Abstract

В предлагаемой читателю книге раскрывается понятие бизнес-планирования, обосновывается системный подход в бизнес-планировании, изучается место бизнес-планирования в управлении предприятием и его использование на базе теории принятия решений. Особое место отводится освещению основных организационных подходов к разработке корпоративных бизнес-планов и информационного обеспечения бизнес-планирования. Авторами подробно изучается бизнес-план как документ: рассматриваются адресаты бизнес-плана, его цели и функции, структура и информационная наполненность. Предлагаются принципы классификации и типологизации бизнес-планов. Предлагается методика разработки проектного предварительного бизнес-плана. Особое внимание в книге отведено изучению базового инструмента бизнес-планирования — методике иммитационного моделирования.
