Digitalizacija – izvajanje

Abstract

Programska oprema je nematerialna, njeno ustvarjenje je še vedno povezano s posamezniki pri digitalizaciji procesov. Ker je programska oprema postala zelo kompleksna, se organizacije, ki jo razvijajo in uporabljajo, srečujejo z novimi priložnostmi in izzivi skozi njen celoten življenjski cikel. ISO/IEC 12207:2011 je standard, ki zagotavlja okvir za opis življenjskega cikla sistemov programske opreme, ki temelji na interdisciplinarnem pristopu. Življenjski cikel programske opreme obsega procese; od zamisli za razvoj ali nakup, njeno testiranje, uvedbo, vzdrževanje do njenega umika. Poznavanje življenjskega cikla pomaga vsem deležnikom ustvarjati sistematično in organizirano upravljanje dela, povezanega s programsko opremo, kar je ključno za izboljšanje kakovosti in zmanjševanje težav pri digitalizaciji poslovnih procesov. Kakovost programske opreme - ključna za zadovoljstvo uporabnikov, se odraža v funkcionalnosti, zanesljivosti, učinkovitosti, uporabnosti, vzdržljivosti, prenosljivosti, varnosti in razširljivosti. ISO/IEC 25010:2017 je standard, ki opredeljuje celovit model kakovosti, omogoča oceno in izboljšanje programske opreme.
