
El presente artículo es un trabajo de investigación realizado en base a una serie de entrevistas a diferentes diseñadores latinoamericanos, entre ellos: Camila Milessi y Emiliano Blanco de Kostüme (Argentina), Fabián Zitta de Zitta Costura (Argentina), Cecilia Gadea (Argentina), Ani Alvarez Calderon (Perú), Silvia Tcherassi (Colombia), José Miguel Valdivia (Perú), Liliana Castellanos (Bolivia), Roger Loayza Mainardi (Perú),Rubén Campos (Chile), Alejandro Carlín (México), Carlos Feltes (Paraguay) Héctor Machuca (Venezuela). La investigación está basada en el desarrollo de la moda en Latinoamérica, en la importancia de las raíces autóctonas, de la creatividad y del posicionamiento de la moda latinoamericana a nivel global.
