Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la temática específica de la RSE –Responsabilidad Social Empresaria– como instrumento de gestión, desde su dimensión estratégica y operativa, y como generadora de valor en un nuevo modelo de negocios actual, persiguiendo la efectividad del programacon resultados mensurables, para la empresa y para la comunidad. Realiza un abordaje de la temáticaa partir del modelo Tríada RSE, en el que se identifican tres pilares fundamentales: el concepto deRSE, el rol de la empresa como sujeto social, y los públicos y sus expectativas. Se inscribe en el áreade gestión de Relaciones con la Comunidad y debido al desarrollo que viene tomando en los últimosaños –internacional, regional y localmente– surge cada vez como un área de mayor especializaciónpara los profesionales de Relaciones Públicas.
