Abstract

Las Relaciones Públicas, a veces, no se entienden adecuadamente por la falta de claridadcon la que se enuncia su rol estratégico y operativo en las organizaciones. Comprender cuál es suobjetivo principal –generar las condiciones regulatorias y de opinión pública que hagan sustentableel negocio en el mediano y largo plazo–, resulta clave no sólo para la gestión de la profesión sino parala organización en sí, ya que las organizaciones que así lo entienden aseguran su futuro y las que no,se arriesgan a desaparecer.
