
La rica tradición artesanal de México, e indudablemente de muchos otros países, ha sido utilizada por marcas de “prestigio” a nivel internacional sin darle reconocimiento a sus creadores. Esas imágenes autóctonas forman parte de una cosmología y una forma de ver el mundo y que en algunos casos son imágenes “sagradas” o bien, forman parte de rituales ancestrales. Cuando una marca internacional hace uso de diseños creados por miembros de comunidades autóctonas sin que medie permiso o contrato de uso de su iconografía o diseño de prendas ¿Estamos hablando de “INSPIRACIÓN” o de PLAGIO?
