Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci 6102 sayili Yeni Turk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 Sayili Vergi Usul Kanunu’nun defter tutmaya iliskin hukumlerinin aciklanmasi ve iki Kanun arasinda defter tutma esaslarina iliskin benzerlik ve farklarinin ortaya koyulmasidir. Boylelikle bilgi kullanicilarina her iki Kanunda yer alan duzenlemeleri kolaylikla anlama ve uygulama imkâninin saglanmasidir.
