INTERVENCIÓN TUTORIAL PARA PREVENIR LA VIOLENCIA VERBAL, FÍSICA Y TECNOLÓGICA EN CONTEXTOS ESCOLARES PERUANOS

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como propósito evaluar la eficacia de un programa de tutoría orientado al fortalecimiento de la convivencia escolar en estudiantes de una institución educativa de Trujillo, Perú. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y con un diseño cuasi experimental con pretest y postest, incorporando un grupo experimental y un grupo control. La muestra estuvo conformada por 107 estudiantes del nivel secundario, distribuidos 52 en el grupo experimental y 55 en el grupo control. Para la recolección de datos se empleó la Escala de Convivencia Escolar (CE), aplicado antes y después de la intervención. Asimismo, se implementó un Programa de Tutoría escolar estructurado en 12 sesiones pedagógicas. Los resultados evidenciaron mejoras significativas en los estudiantes que participaron en el programa, observándose una disminución de conductas asociadas a la violencia, así como un fortalecimiento de actitudes vinculadas a la no violencia y la cultura de paz. Del mismo modo, se identificaron diferencias significativas entre los resultados obtenidos en el pretest y el postest, demostrando la efectividad de la intervención tutorial en el entorno educativo. Se concluye que el programa de tutoría constituye una estrategia pedagógica pertinente y eficaz para fortalecer la convivencia escolar, favorecer relaciones interpersonales saludables y contribuir a la construcción de ambientes educativos seguros, inclusivos y armoniosos.
