SUSTENTABILIDAD CORPORATIVA: CRÍTICA TERRITORIAL

Abstract

La sustentabilidad corporativa (SC) se ha consolidado como un campo orientado a evaluar la incorporación de dimensiones ambientales y sociales en la gestión empresarial. Sin embargo, los marcos dominantes privilegian el desempeño organizacional interno y relegan las interacciones entre la empresa, los actores locales y los sistemas socioecológicos del territorio, lo que limita su articulación con dinámicas territoriales y procesos de gobernanza. Esta limitación también se reproduce en la adopción empresarial de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sustentable (ODS), que con frecuencia deriva en prácticas selectivas de cherry-picking y bluewashing. A partir de una revisión crítica de enfoques conceptuales y métricos, este trabajo identifica los vacíos sistémicos y territoriales de la SC y propone una perspectiva sistémico-territorial que reconoce al territorio como unidad de análisis, incorpora la dimensión de gobernanza y posiciona a los stakeholders locales como participantes centrales.
