Conversores CC-CC com Elevado Ganho Estático Baseados na Associação e na Integração dos Conversores Boost Modificado e SEPIC

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta o estudo de duas topologias de conversores CC-CC não isolados com elevado ganho estático, baseadas na associação e na integração dos conversores Boost modificado e SEPIC. A topologia associada possui dois interruptores controlados, enquanto a integrada emprega apenas um. Com a integração, obtém-se a célula de comutação conhecida como \(R^2P^2\). Os conversores propostos são capazes de alcançar ganhos de tensão elevados (\(>8\)), sendo ideais para aplicações que demandam poucos componentes e uma conexão comum entre entrada e saída, o que simplifica o circuito de controle e comando. O artigo apresenta os detalhes da derivação das topologias e o princípio de operação, incluindo as etapas e principais formas de onda, além da análise comparativa com conversores semelhantes, previamente propostos na literatura. Para validar as análises, dois protótipos com potência nominal de 200 W, projetados para operar com tensão de entrada de 26 V e tensão de saída de 260~V são apresentados. Ambos operam com frequência de comutação de 50~kHz, atingindo rendimentos de 93,4~\% para o conversor associado e 89,2~\% para o conversor integrado em potência nominal.
