Célula Ladder de Capacitor Chaveado em Conexão Cascata

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta uma alternativa para a conexão de células ladder de capacitor chaveado com o objetivo de obter elevada taxa de conversão cc-cc. A modificação posposta consiste em dividir o capacitor de saída da célula de forma que ele seja o estágio de entrada de uma segunda célula ladder, ou seja, é realizada uma conexão série com integração de elementos. A modificação no capacitor de saída da célula permite a conexão com reduzido número de componentes. Essas vantagens tornam a estrutura adequada para conversores com alta taxa de conversão, tanto elevadores quanto abaixadores. A topologia, análises da célula e da conexão ladder de capacitor chaveado, circuito equivalente e análise de perdas da conexão cascata são tópicos abordados no texto. A análise teórica é validada e através de resultados experimentais em um protótipo de 200 V para 50 V e 200 W de potência. Adicionalmente, uma comparação com a conexão ladder clássica e com outros conversores de alta taxa de conversão é apresentada para evidenciar as vantagens e as desvantagens da estrutura proposta.
