Conversor Forward com Células de Capacitor Chaveado Alimentado em Média Tensão para Aplicações em Fontes Auxiliares

Abstract

Este artigo propõe um conversor CC-CC abaixador para operar com alta tensão de entrada (na ordem de kV) e fornecer tensões de saída na ordem de V, com o intuito de aplicar a estrutura em fontes auxiliares conectadas em média e alta tensão. O conversor proposto baseia-se na integração de células de capacitor chaveado com o conversor Forward, o que permite utilizar interruptores de menor tensão de bloqueio devido à divisão da tensão de entrada. O estudo teórico dessa integração é abordado, no qual aborda-se as características estáticas e o estudo da comutação. Um protótipo com quatro células a capacitor chaveado e 200 W / 2 kV para 24 V de característica foi construído para validação do estudo teórico apresentado. Para esses níveis de tensão e potência, obteve-se um rendimento de 90,66%.
