Conversor CA-CC de Estágio Integrado Cascateado para Aplicações em Transformadores de Estado Sólido

Abstract

Este artigo propõe o estudo e desenvolvimento de um conversor CA-CC multinível de estágio integrado para aplicação em transformadores de estado sólido. A topologia proposta é baseada no conversor dual active bridge (DAB) associado com a célula de comutação de três estados (CC3E). O conversor possui uma estrutura que pode ser modularizada e aplicada em elevadas tensões podendo operar tanto como retificador quanto inversor. Buscando validar todo o estudo feito, foi montado um protótipo com dois módulos de 1 kW cada, com tensão CA de entrada de 110 Vrms, tensão no barramento primário e secundário de 400 V e frequência de chaveamento de 20 kHz. Os resultados experimentais mostram de forma clara e consistente a correta operação do conversor. A bidirecionalidade da estrutura é demonstrada com ensaios de inversão de fluxo. A topologia é capaz de operar com alto fator de potência e baixa DHT (Distorsão Harmônica Total).
