Conversor CC-CC de Alto Ganho Baseado no Conversor Ćuk com Indutor Acoplado e Multiplicadores de Tensão

Abstract

Este artigo propõe um novo conversor cc-cc não isolado de alto ganho baseado no conversor Cuk com indutor acoplado e multiplicadores de tensão, acrescido de um filtro LC de entrada. O conversor proposto apresenta reduzidos esforços de tensão nos interruptores e permite o projeto de dispositivos magnéticos de volume reduzido. Além disso, o seu modo de operação ressonante possibilita comutação com tensão nula na ativação dos interruptores e comutação com corrente nula no bloqueio dos diodos, propiciando alto rendimento à topologia. Um protótipo de 200 W, com faixa de tensão de entrada de 25-40 V e tensão de saída de 400 V foi construído e testado experimentalmente. O protótipo do conversor proposto apresentou rendimento máximo de 96,5% e rendimentos ponderados da Comissão de Energia da Califórnia (CEC) superiores a 95% em toda a faixa de tensão de entrada.
