Conversor Boost-Flyback Com Células Multiplicadoras De Tensão Para Aplicação Em Fontes Alternativas

Abstract

Este artigo propõe um conversor CC-CC de alto ganho de tensão. O conversor proposto é resultado da combinação dos conversores Boost e Flyback com células multiplicadoras de tensão, utilizando apenas um interruptor. As suas principais características são: alto ganho de tensão; baixo esforço de tensão no interruptor, possibilitando assim, o uso de um MOSFET com baixo VDSS, cuja característica acarreta em um baixo RDS(on); baixo de esforço de tensão nos diodos, permitindo o uso de diodos schottky; a energia da dispersante do indutor acoplado é reciclada naturalmente. A análise estática com etapas de operação, formas de onda do conversor no modo de condução continua são mostradas. Com o objetivo de verificar o desempenho do conversor proposto, um protótipo foi implementado considerando um painel fotovoltaico de 250 W, alçando uma eficiência de 95,8 %.
