Conversor CC-CA de Alta Frequência Utilizando Inversores Ressonantes com Comutação Sequêncial

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta um conversor série ressonante de alta frequência CC-CA (CSR), utilizando IGBTs comutados por zero de tensão (ZVS). O conversor CC-CA é composto por quatro módulos inversores em ponte “H” conectados em paralelo, alimentando um circuito ressonante. Cada módulo inversor opera a 100kHz, sendo que, comutados sequencialmente, levam a estrutura a operar globalmente na frequência de 400kHz. Para sincronizar a frequência do CSR a uma frequência próxima à frequência natural de ressonância do circuito é utilizado um sistema PLL. Os princípios de operação de sincronismo, assim como os resultados experimentais, são apresentados para validar as técnicas propostas.
