Anomalia de Ebstein: Relato de caso

Abstract

A Anomalia de Ebstein é uma anormalidade cardíaca congênita que apresenta alterações na funcionalidade e anatomia valvar e ventricular, apresentando implicações para oxigenação e repercussões importantes para neonatos. Este caso relata um RN pré-termo, nascido de cesárea com mãe portadora de HAS gestacional, apresentando inicialmente Apgar adequado evoluindo posteriormente para desconforto respiratório precoce avaliado por taquipneia acompanhada de sopro cardíaco. Avaliado por ecocardiograma que constatou anomalia de ebstein com insuficiência tricúspide moderada, CIA OS pequena, sobrecarga direita leve.
