PAPANICOLAOU III Manejo con Tetraciclina y Anfotericina B

Abstract

Se estudiaron 100 casos de papanicolaou III con displasias cervicales de la Campaña Nacional contra el Cáncer de la Secretaría de Salud en Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, tratadas con tetraciclina y anfotericina B en forma de crema vaginal obteniendo un 71.0% de regresión en displasias leves, un 90% en displasias moderadas y un 59% de regresión en displasias severas, permaneciendo la displasia igual o aumentando en el 24% de todas las displasias.Según los resultados obtenidos se considera a la tetraciclina y a la anfotericina B medicamentos útiles en el manejo de las displasias (Papanicolaou III).
