Colonialismo digital e educação: entrelaçamentos de pedagogias decoloniais para a promoção da democracia cognitivo-digital

Abstract

O artigo configura-se como um estudo teórico-conceitual cujo objetivo consiste em analisar a relação entre o colonialismo digital e o discurso tecnológico no campo da educação, apostando no diálogo entre propostas pedagógicas decoloniais para o enfrentamento da colonialidade. Entende-se que o colonialismo digital não apenas reforça, como também reconfigura e recrudesce a colonialidade, na medida em que produz um discurso tecnológico supostamente universal, pautado na lógica da inclusão digital, da inovação e do grafocentrismo digital. Defendemos que se coloquem em diálogo as proposições pedagógicas decoloniais de Catherine Walsh, de Luiz Rufino e de Karina Menezes. O enlace destas três propostas é potencialmente transgressor, pois produz um caminho de esperança e de luta antirracista, anticolonial e anticapitalista, servindo de alternativa para abrir frestas e viabilizar o diálogo intercultural transmoderno no campo da educação. Reivindicamos uma democracia cognitivo-digital, em substituição ao império da colonialidade que produz e reproduz diferenças abissais, desumanizações e universalidades abstratas.
