La inmortalidad en las religiones

Abstract

Intentar explicar el hecho mas incuestionable y cierto que existe, la muerte, es uno de los pilares fundamentales de la religion. Forma parte de la estructura de este fenomeno, innato al ser humano. En este articulo se presenta una panoramica general de la idea de inmortalidad en las religiones. En especial se centra en la revolucion religiosa del siglo V a.C., origen de los principales postulados teologicos y filosoficos que, sobre esta cuestion, han llegado hasta nuestros dias. Todo ello se describe apoyado en las bases metodologicas del estudio cientifico de las religiones, que permiten al lector aproximarse a como se gesto el concepto de inmortalidad y su gran influencia en la historia del pensamiento.
